Any DAO member is allowed to candidate to the Wise Apes election held every 4 months to become part of the Jungle Council. GLMR APE holders can also push proposals or vote for On-chain proposals.

The Jungle Council is composed of 3 members of the core building team sitting there permanently and by 4 Wise Apes elected for 4 months.
